What is the rFlight?
A team is a volunteer group of Engineers, scientists, teachers, and students organized on Reddit to work on a submission for the GoFly competition.
The goal of the team is to submit a vertical take-off, single-person vehicle that can fly 20 miles without landing or refueling. Bringing this short documentary to life meant interviewing a global team Scrum team of self-organizers on their inspiration, goals, and specialization to construct a storyline and shot list.
This one day shoot was planned to bring a subset of the group together for a demonstration of the small processes that must be adhered to in order to create a flying machine. Client, Creative, Strategy, and Talent management were all required to bring this idea to life.
