Focus on the expansion of the Signature Kitchen Suites Lineup
A new website was needed, to be revealed with the major product announcements circulated at the 2018 Kitchen Bath and Industry Show.
Creating an Agile team across the partner AOR agency, itself, and a development partner, EVB was tasked with bringing the new online experience to life. Due to the nature of the assignment being launched immediately after the New Year and the project being behind when I took over, a total project revamp was required mid-work stream. This included reorganizing team into daily Scrums, the project timeline and deliverable expectations, along with communication structure, and QA organization.
Built on a highly customized version of the Drupal CMS, the new signaturekitchensuite.com is a model of responsive design for the mobile first Internet. This portfolio of the full line of offerings for the high end consumer and resources for designers and builders offers a dealer locator, 24 Hour Customer Care, along with standard information for each product on its Product Detail page. After retooling the project structure, team alignment, and communication cadences, the project went from weeks behind to an on-time launch and CEO fanfare.
